The location and price convinced me to stay in. the hotel is close to highway and the city what for me was important. The staff was very kind, they create good atmosphere.

Everything about the hotel was ok. Staff, cleanliness etc.
Here comes the big BUT. Location wise this hotel is an absolute abomination...to get to.... The staff at the desk told us that the only way to and from the hotel is via car or motorcycle... That first of all is not true. Secondly, Taxi will cost u at least 40 bucks each way. If you can afford a car rental then you are gucci. If not prepare for trouble and make it double...
There is a bus stop infront which can bring you to the T2 Guidoni station in minutes but only in the morning. One is at around 7AM the other 8AM and that's it.... From Guidoni you can take the tram which will bring you to the city.
Going back to the hotel is one hell of a journey... By bus you need to take the 30B or 30A which goes to tagliatelle or what ever that stop is called. Get of at Rossini which is 36 stops from the city.. Then wait for the 212 at the Marzabotto and get off Tomerello which btw is literally on the side of the road after the bridge and 2 roundabouts which btw are not possible to walk on while Google says yes... Effin bs in my opinion ... Yeah welcome to Italy. If by any chance the driver is in possession of less than average brain cells then you are obv not in luck as he will drop you at the next station which guess again is also not really accessible by foot.. Thus Google says Yes You Can! All in all if you can figure out teleporting or helicopter landing on the hotel you will be fine Good Luck. I for sure will never go there unless I get possessed by a demon 🫡
Jokes aside it's a great clean room which btw gets cleaned like it or not every single day! New towels too. Walls are not made out of paper too or ppl aren't actually doing it next door at all.

This is a great location amidst the hills and abandoned olive plantations. Safe, clean, and quiet. Fantastic for nature lovers: woods, small creeks, and waterfalls. The only limitation - you have to get there by car. Going to Florence: a 10-11 min car ride to the railway station (free safe parking space available two steps away from the station) and a 10-12 minutes train ride (1,6 euro one way) - and you are in the very heart of Florence - Santa Maria Novella.
Mari Rosa is a gem of the house - she is a fantastic host, among the best I met through 40 years of travel.

The Adler Cavalieri Hotel is perfectly located near the train station and not too far to the Duomo. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. We highly recommend it. Thanks

Sesto is in a strategic location, whether you want to visit Florence (reachable by bus or short driving distance) or drive to other landmark cities (Rome, Venice, Milan) getting on the nearest highway entrance, just a few hundred meters away. Sesto itself offers lots of restaurants and supermarkets for every daily need.

we felt at home as soon as we arrived. the house is beautiful and recently renovated. the rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. excellent place to visit the area of Firenze without being in the caos of the city center. it’s also a good place if you are driving through italy and you want to stop for a night as it’s close to an exit of the main highway and yet in a quite place.
Same menu every day for breakfast, its boring. They should have some change. Room size was okay but not enough for 3 person. Public transport is not good to travel to this facility. Its good for people having own car, would not recommend for people traveling with public transport. Hotel should arrange shuttle service to nearest train station.
The cost of the room is reasonable and a good value. Our room was clean and large enough to accomodate 4 people. Location with repect to Florence and the airport is OK. However, you do need a car to reach this hotel and to explore from it. I did not notice access to public transportation.
Big room. Good breakfast included. Friendly staff. Safe car park.
This place is good for a motorway stop off point (if a little expensive). However it is not the best location for visiting Florence as is a bit far from Sesto Fiorentino and other transport hubs.
Nothing- they canceled our reservation and still charged us. The hotel charged us at the time of reservation
Then they cancelled the reservation due to on payment but I was charged on my CC. Then I received an email today that I was a No Show!!! What???!!!!
The front desk staff is terrible. Overcharged us on the room and insisted we booked additional services when we didn't and had what we booked in writing. They refused to refund us, even with proof. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, they will scam you!
The hotel was clean. When we went to our room at 11pm they hadn’t included a bed for our son. I went to reception and they changed our room immediately which was good given the time. Their breakfast is not too bad for a hotel breakfast.
The staff were amazing, the location was great if someone travelled by car, and it's great to return to a quiet, charming hotel that's in the middle of an English Garden after the hustle and bustle of Florence.
the gardens were nice and the history of the property was great. the beds were average. you need to like hard beds. the location is ideal. a market was in Centro when we were there and area for food is great.
The hotel rooms were very clean and had nice cool AC. We really enjoyed going down and watching a game on the TV and having a glass of wine in the evening and the breakfast was delicious as always
I arrived quite late to the hotel and check-in was smooth and quick, with a kind staff person who was multi-lingual. Breakfast was full of different offerings and I appreciated the variety.
