We are very happy, that we choose your place. Fantastic area, perfect place for stay there and travel from there to wellknown cities. We stay 7 days with our dog, room with lovely viewg, eat perfect breakfast outside, lots of delicious dinner, deserts, pasta and local wineL tasting. Lovely place for walks, spend time there. Beautiful garden, swimming pool. Very nice hotel personal - Fabricio - man whoe works verywhere you can imagine :). Help us with bikes, travel, wine, dinner… .Near this place also perfect beach for people and DOG BEACH ( good to us) We will come back again for sure. Thanks a lot PERFECT.

Our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun was simply wonderful. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature — a perfect escape into the heart of Tuscany. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, offering extremely quick responses to everything we asked. We especially loved spending time outdoors, enjoying the views and the quiet atmosphere. This place truly captures the magic of Tuscany — we left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back!

We were given a lovely welcome on arrival and were so impressed with the beautiful property. Our children loved meeting ghe turtle and the 3 day old ducklings which made for a very special experience. The property is exceptionally clean, large and beautiful, and the view of the town is incredible. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer.

The hotel had a lot of character and the room was decorated to a very high level and was extremely tasteful and pleasant to be in. The shower facility was very good. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts were extremely helpful. We had bikes and they stored them safely for us.

Apart from the fact that Monterotondo Marittimo and Giada's apartment are absolutely lovely, I really liked the owner's commitment and care to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If people were even half as kind as Giada, the world would be a better place 🥰

A quiet hilltop village with NARROW streets around the...

A quiet hilltop village with NARROW streets around the medieval area. Parking is tight - if you can get a spot- near the property and you have about 40 wonderfully worn steps to negotiate to the property. Other parking is available in the village square, only 5 minutes away. Facilities are limited but there is a good bar (open early to late, with food & cake options), a mini-market (a little limited but with a friendly host), a bank and (theoretically) two pizzerias- one was “temporarily closed”, with no indication of when it might reopen and the other only opens Thurs-Sun evenings from 7-9pm (we went on a Wednesday 😠). Not really a place for children as little for them to do outside. There are geothermal towers a few km away - DO go to the geothermal park about 12km away : it is inspiring (if sulphur-smelly at times!).
