Wonderful stay with a wonderful host! The property is beautiful, clean and comfy with an amazing garden and swimming pool. It's all very well taken care of, we were encouraged to try fruit from the tree in the garden. The view is incredible, plenty of space to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing with multiple barbeque facilities around the property. Gina is the loveliest host, we didn't speak Italian and she didn't speak English but we managed to communicate regardless! She's a very warm and helpful person. Everyday she would make us delicious omelettes and delicious coffee along a set up buffet with a freshly baked cake for dessert. The hosts also make their own olive oil, great quality for a great price (we bought 6 litres!). We were welcomed with our puppy who very much approved the garden. Definitely a great stay our family will never forget and always recommend to anyone travelling to this part of Italy! I do recommend to have a car when staying there, to comfortably move around the area as it is quite a distance to the nearest shop/restaurant but that's how to make the best of Tuscany's scenic villages and sightseeing spots anyway.

Lovely location with a nice view. The host was very friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. The villa is spacious and has a nice local charm, there are many terraces and the best one is like a winter garden with large glass doors that open.

Beautiful location within nature. The breakfast was delicious and brought to our veranda to enjoy the view whilst we ate. Spending time in nature listening to the wildlife, reading a book in a hammock or going for a refreshing dip in the pool. Great location to visit Pisa and lucca. The place was like in a dream, from the accomodation, to the beautiful jasmine scents all day. We also enjoyed in patio, lawn and garden and the beautiful view on an old town of serravalle pistoiese. The hosts gave us all the necessary informations, and ware available for all our questions.We really don't have any complaints, and only beautiful memories.

The hotel has the best time already in past but honestly saying the stuff is doing their best, absolutely clean, very nice smily and very helpfull stuff, the ratio price /quality is no 100% level . Very satisfye what i expected tahta i recieved maybe more. Kids loved the clean pool. Thank you for your services

I appreciate the possibility of accommodation after 9 pm. The staff was nice, breakfast sufficient, plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is older, but it's enough for an overnight stay.
