Brand new accommodation with a beautifully and tastefully furnished room and bathroom, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, with great attention to details. Francesca is a very warm and friendly host – she and her family were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was prepared with great care, including prior consideration of any special dietary needs. Both sweet and salty options were available, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, with excellent coffee. Our dog was also warmly welcomed, and there was even a little surprise waiting for him in the room. The garden is huge and our car was also safe inside the courtyard. The surrounding area is stunning – with many wineries nearby and easy access to Udine and Cividale del Friuli. We recommend this place to anyone! :)

A wonderful place for relaxing holiday days on the north of Italy, in the village among the vineyards. Home food and local wine add to the atmosphere. Room is very clean, like new, bed and mattress is very comfortable. There are places around worth visiting. For example an old castle on a mountain with a beautiful view

A Fantastic Location, Very Clean, Very Comfortable, Lovely Decor in keeping with the building, large spacious room, lovely and warm and cosy inside despite being a very cold November night outside. The view from our room of Ponte del Diavolo all lit up at night was stunning. We had a reservation at Restaurant Al Monastero so we didn't eat in the on-site restaurant, Osteria Al Merlo Bianco, but it looked lovely and the food smelled great as we passed by. Will definitely stay again and next time will try the restaurant.

Very nice and clean flat in the city center. Highly recommendent for visiting this historical town. It was heated which was a surprise to us because in another flat it was told that after 15 April there is no heating in Italy independently from weather. This flat was very fine warm. A good restaurant was 50 meters from us.

This place was just a fairy tale dream come true. Within the midst of Udines country side you find this newly renovated property. Surrounded by a lovely neat garden and a lot of peace. The room was modern, and furnished in style by Romina and Fabrizio. You can tell they really were mindful of every small detail. Outside of your room you will find a fridge with various cold beverages, as well as a fountain with filtered water. You could place your customized breakfast wishes with Romina, which was prepared every morning in the breakfast room. Its a great place, if you want to get away from your every day stress and rush, and also convenient if you want to check out some lovely nearby sights, as Udine old town, Palmanova, Cividale del Friuili and many more. There were plenty of delicious restaurants close by (we chose another one every day and were never disappointed). I am convinced we will be back, especially since Romina and Fabrizio will start their pool project very soon, next time though we will choose the room with our own balcony. Thank you again Romina for making us feel so comfortable!
