This is a beautiful place with a fantastic view. There is a swimming pool, but we did not use it in October. Amazing customer service and delightful care of our needs. Breakfast met our expectations, and I was impressed by fresh flowers on the table :) Love it and come back with pleasure.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Stefano’s house. The home is located in the old part of the town, and from the moment we stepped in, we were fascinated by its beautiful stone architecture. The location was, in one word, perfect. The charm of the house is truly captivating — every detail seems thoughtfully considered. The interior design matched the historic feel of the home perfectly, and everything was clean, neat, and beautifully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable and gave us the gift of a restful night’s sleep. Stefano himself was very warm and friendly, always available to answer our questions. He even asked about our travel plans and offered wonderful suggestions for places to visit. Before we even left, we were already talking about when we could come back! Staying in this home made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Best booking experience ever! The host was extremely helpful, friendly and always available with any questions. The location is very good, a few steps from the old town, food stor, a restaurant etc. Free parking is right around the corner. It is located in a historical building with a very authentic yard view. The apartment itself is nice and clean. Shower gel, shampoo, fresh towels, coffee machine - everything was provided. Highly recommend this place to stay in Sarteano. The best and easiest booking experience. 11/10!

Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town.

Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town. It has a range of shops, bars and restaurants, a castle and a lot of typical winding streets. A good base from which to explore the local sights. While we were there we visited Siena, Monteriggione, Pienza and Montecchiello, Montepulciano and, one of the highlights, Bagni di San Filippo, where you can bathe in warm sulphurous waters.

This is a beautiful small town.

This is a beautiful small town. Favorite restaurant is Chiostro Cennini. All restaurants, bars, gelato store, supermarket, small grocery, pharmacy within easy walking distance of this apartment. The old town charm is everywhere and this city seems to be well loved and maintained.

Sarteano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany, the historic centre is picture perfect with several good local restaurants within walking distance. The palazzo is beautiful. We stayed here as a family of 4 in the green room. Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, good strong shower, clean. Breakfast was a real treat, with homemade croissants, cakes, biscuits, jam, eggs etc. Chiara, the owner is warm and friendly. We would love to visit again.

Absolutely outstanding hotel . Facilities brilliant , food fantastic, location to die for but what really makes this place is the staff ..absolutely the friendliest and fun welcome without ever losing professionalism . So good we stayed an extra night and had it not been for being at max capacity , we would have stayed a good few more . True Tuscan gem . Dream hotel .

A very nice hotel for a short stay, lovely welcome for ourselves and our dog. The room was comfortable, well equipped and we were able to have room service for dinner which suited us very well after a long journey with our pet dog. We had the most delicious home made bean and vegetable soup, lovely wine and the menu was extensive and looked wonderful.
