A great place with nice beaches.

A great place with nice beaches. Not overcrowded like Capo Vaticano or Tropea, the sand is white and coarse (sand is actually better in Capo V.). Due to S.D. being located between C.V. and Tropea, it takes only about 20 min by car to get to the beaches and restaurants in the C.V. and Tropea. Sea water is fantastic. I was lucky to spend most of the vacation there.

The owner Martina and all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were cleaned every day. Martina arranged our pick up from the airport and also the hire of a scooter, nothing was too much trouble. The lovely beach of Riaci is a 5 minute drive away, roads very steep if you have to walk.Tropea ia a 15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful little town with lovely views of the sea.

It is a beautiful little town with lovely views of the sea. You can see Stromboli island and the sunsets are out of this world. The colors of the sea are spectacular The only problem is to a access the beach you have a long steep walk. It is paved the whole way down. We used to enjoy sitting in the piazza eating our gelato and felt at home with the locals

We liked the quietness of the area when we wanted and then only 9 mins by car to Tropea for nightlife if we felt like it:) We eat dinner poolside at hotel and also in Tropea. Getting around Santa Domenica is really easy, by car, taxi or shuttle bus service. Hotel L'Oasi is new, beautiful and modern and included in your stay offers a free Amazing beach, you won't be disappointed!

Alessio was very helpful, he booked us an excursion and made sure that we were picked up and returned back at the B&B. The B&B is very comfortable and very clean. It is very close to the train station (7 mins walk) and just 10 mins drive from Tropea centre.

It’s an adults-only hotel outside of Tropea, just close enough to walk into the town centre, the beach comes with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages.
