It was a place were we felt immediately at home Salvatore and his mom Lucia were so helpful and this appartement was really wonderful for the price ee payed. Details like so many bath towels, kitchen tools etc And the amazing clean swimming pool in the garden.

The location was excellent. The place was modern and spacious with great views. The air conditioning was also very good and welcome as we had some very hot weather. The hosts lived next door and were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. We even found a bottle of wine on arrival. It had everything we needed for a two week stay and felt like home.

Nina’s house and our terrific hosts Andreas and Maria Teresa made us feel welcome right from the first request we made on booking.com by their very prompt answer! This was again highlighted when Andreas collected us from the coach stop making us again feel right at home. From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed and shown the surroundings supermarkets, local restaurants, gelato spots, pharmacy, cash machine and of course the beach routes! Our amazing hosts gave us some complimentary wine and beer that they had produced themselves and we tried a few more of the local homemade delicacies they also produced. The accommodation was modern, clean, beautifully furnished, and had lots of closet space which was a real plus! There wasn’t a single item we were in need of which was very convenient. We really felt we could ask our hosts for anything and their willingness to help and assist us really touched us it was southern hospitality at its finest! We will definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing solo stay at Nina’s House. The flat was perfect—spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The stunning view of the surrounding area was truly breathtaking and added so much to the experience. Andrea, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. He went above and beyond by offering a bottle of wine as a thoughtful courtesy and some local bio products, which made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend Nina’s House to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay in Santa Caterina dello Ionio. I would definitely return! The beaches are great.

The beaches are great. The old town needs restoring due to a fire years ago but is undergoing restoration. It has excellent restaurants on the beachfront and La Pergola coffee shop is open 24/7 during the summer months. Great for breakfast coffee or an aperitive. A car is a necessity if you want to see the surrounding towns.
