Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were next level. Rooftop bar was great atmosphere. But even with all the stunning surroundings, the staff were what made the stay so special. The breakfast was exceptional and even then if you wanted something else the staff went out of their way to provide it.

The staff were all so keen to offer that extra gesture of hospitality- they made us feel like guests in a beautiful private palazzo, not a hotel. The decor was like something out of architectural digest - so considered and bespoke. The breakfast was a feast of handmade treats served with the most charming settings in such a beautiful historic hall. We wished that we could have stayed longer.

Luca was incredibly helpful during the check in process. He was thorough with his recommendations and helping me get familiar with the city. He’s super friendly and a great asset to the team. The room was modern and clean and the team kindly upgraded me! The room was spacious and comfortable. TV was internet enabled so I could catch up with some things back home! It has a lift which is rare!
