The owners where lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had information on transport such as ferries, trains and parking in other towns even though our Italian is poor. We hired a car and were worried about the crime reputation of naples but the private parking here is locked behind huge castle style wooden doors (you get a remote fob for if parking) and is protected within the courtyard of the villa also with CCTV. You won't find anywhere safer for a car. The rooms where not super modern but had lots of character and we saw a new interesting painting or ornament everytime we came back. If you are after a memorable and quirky stay this is ideal. The Train / metro that links sorrento and napoli is a 5-10 minute straight line walk. Overall, it was great value for money and pictures on booking.com or TripAdvisor can't relay how friendly and loving the hosts where. Support a local family and book here, don't line the pockets of some corporation CEO.

The house is nice, cozy, clean, and comfortable. It is located within short distance of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the train station, from where you can easily visit Naples, Herculaneum, and Pompeii. The house and garden are beautiful and refreshing, especially in the Neapolitan summer. The host, Raffael, was simply outstanding — he gave us excellent tips to discover beautiful natural spots and local restaurants with affordable prices and great quality. He even offered us fresh eggs and figs from his own garden and kindly arranged a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. This is definitely a place we highly recommend and would love to visit again!

Great place for trips around. Great transport accessibility by train to Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum. It is a clean city according to local customs. There are many shops and services available. The location is very well accessible from the airport (by car 15 minutes, if there is no rush hour).

Many wonderful pieces of art were casually placed throughout the rooms and corridors of the mansion, and it was a truly enjoyable experience to notice and appreciate each piece. It felt like I was staying in a museum. The room was furnished with Bauhaus furniture and hung with artwork by Italian artists featuring sea, volcano, and cat motifs, making me truly feel like I was in Naples. Breakfast was so rich, it was hard to believe it was only 5 euros, with a wide selection of cheese, ham, fruit, bread, cake, yogurt, honey, and jam, as well as delicious coffee carefully brewed by the host, all while gazing out at the well-maintained garden. This time, I visited during the autumn foliage season, but I'd love to return during the spring flower season.

A beautiful, quiet town with little hustle and bustle.

A beautiful, quiet town with little hustle and bustle. It's a pleasant stroll through the central streets that lead to Piazza Massimo Troisi, where there's a statue of the artist born there and a mural depicting him as the postman in his famous film. Don't miss the beautiful church of Sant'Antonio da Padova.

It is located close to Naples and at the same time far from...

It is located close to Naples and at the same time far from the chaos and noise of the big city. You can quickly reach it by suburban metro Circumvesuviana to Napoli, Pompei or Sorrento, from where you can visit Capri by ferry. San Giorgio a Cremano is a quiet town with a very pleasant atmosphere. There are pizzerie, bar pasticcerie, caffeterie, alimentari and other various shops.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Chiro is a very pleasant man. He was always available whenever we needed anything. The reception isn't always open, but a WhatsApp message was all it took to reach him. We highly recommend eating around the corner at Bagaria restaurant. The hotel has a connection with the taxi company. We really enjoyed our stay.

Logistically, the town is conveniently located.

Logistically, the town is conveniently located. The Circumvesuviana train, whose station is just a few hundred meters from the B&B, takes you to Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii, and Sorrento. Vesuvius can be reached by car in less than half an hour.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is right next to the station, but you can't hear the train. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy with a view of the square. We did not have breakfast due to a bad experience with the cafe/bar staff. We went for a drink in the evening, the staff were very unpleasant. they were angry that we wanted something 4 hours before closing time.

Nice and comfortable apartment in San Giorgio a Cremano. Suitable for families with everything you need for a short stay visiting Naples and the surrounding area. Dedicated parking lot. Very well connected with trains to Naples, Pompei, etc. The train station is on 3 minutes of walking. Nearby you may find restaurants, cafes and gelateria. The communication with the host was perfect and fast.

The apartment was cozy. Since it's outside from the center, it's a calm and cleaner area and the restaurants are cheaper. Overall it was a good experience and we will be willing to come back. From the hotel is like 15 minutes walking to the train station and from there the center and Pompey are easily reachable

The host was very helpful and friendly by accommodating our requests. He greeted us and provided useful information about getting around San Giorgio a Cremano. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a small family. I would recommend it if you want to be at travel distance from Napoli City center.
