The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel staff is kind and professional. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I could not imagine anything more (despite there were no eggs even in the Eastertime – some people made complaints on booking.com 😉). There are enough parking lots in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the town centre, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets on foot.

I can only say positive things about our stay! The gentlemen at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful – they were already waiting for us, even though I booked the accommodation just half an hour before our arrival. The location is fantastic, and our spacious room had a lovely view of a small river. Everything worked perfectly, and we were able to park our car safely on-site. The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated, and it’s conveniently close to the motorway. The surrounding area is beautiful, with Lidl and Spar just a few meters away. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the breakfast as we had to leave very early, but it’s great to know that they can provide special gluten-free meals on request. The Chichibo restaurant recommended by the receptionist was also superb, serving delicious gluten-free options. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone – we will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was so good. This was my first time to visit Italy. My budget was £20/25 per night stay for 2/3 star hotels so that I could stay longer time/at least 3 weeks and enjoy the beautiful weather and sunny day. I did not know that a single/double room is very expensive near Monfalcone centre. However, Hotel Excelsior’s rooms are very reasonable or cheap compare to the other rooms of the hotels near Monfalcone centre. So, overall I was happy with everything at this hotel
