Clean and quiet place, great breakfast with enough choice, nice and helpful staff. The hotel inside and outside looks very nice. Because we came on Sunday (the internal restaurant didn't work) but we've got a recommendation for an excellent pizzeria not far away. We enjoyed the stay!

Excellent staff from reception, to bar staff to restaurant staff…. It’s also easy access to other local cities and has a train station nearby. My friends took locally booked taxi to get to town (Modena) one night when I didn’t want to drive. Was cheap and quick from the hotel! I love the fact the hotel is in a quiet and safe location - no road noise in room with blackout curtains which is great. Nearly like a 4* international hotel! Amazing value.

Rubiera itself isn't really a primary tourist destination,...

Rubiera itself isn't really a primary tourist destination, but besides offering relaxation from the hustle and bustle of everyday life or serving as a stopover while traveling through, it's a good base for visiting Modena or Reggio Emilia. Day trips to Bologna or Parma are also possible. My trip there was for family reasons.

Loved the beautiful way it was furnished. Had lots of character. The breakfast was amazing. The location great, markets were on the next day which was Saturday and they were set up right outside the hotel. Parking was on the street close by and we were given a parking card to put in our car. The room was comfortable and the shutters and window opened onto the street at the back of the hotel. Easy walking to bars and restaurants.

We stayed here for one night on a short stop on our way south. It had what we needed. The room was clean and very spacious. There's free parking outside, but we opted to make use of the hotel's garage which costs 10 EUR a night. The staff wasn't much talkative, but were helpful. We didn't opt for the breakfast option, decided instead to go to a local bakery in the centre of the town. Overall good value for money.

out outside of the hotel hides the splendour of the internal decor. This was obviously a top class hotel but needs some tlc, having said that the room we had was fabulous, some of the plumbing was a little tarnished but everything worked well and the room/bed was very comfortable and clean, the bathtowels were soft and fluffy and although we used this for an overnight stop it was ideal

It should be 5 star hotel. Place is fantastically done up and have luxury feel through out the full experience. I don’t normally leave feedback but this place is really something special. Owner is attention to detail specialist and super friendly and price was great value to. Big thanks and highly recommended 🙏
