We had a truly excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of quality options. The property is absolutely amazing! Completely quirky, and a little gem of a hotel to find. Run by the equally quirky Eric, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay again if we visited the Udine region again! The room was full of great touches, the bathroom was well stocked and the food, well the food is absolutely superb!! The hotel has lots of artwork and sculptures which makes it very interesting. The outside areas are beautiful, again quirky but beautiful and bring the feel of outside to the inside of a beautifully elegant restaurant. Breakfast was also brilliant with a huge variety of food on offer. We felt completely spoilt by Eric and his staff. Overnight stay was reasonable price too.

Great location (for me). 5 minutes away from our italian office and less than 5 minutes away from the city centre. The room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was better than anticipated (and better than other hotels I stayed at near San Deniele). Will definitely use again next week. The free car park is also appreciated.

Breakfast was good, The options at the restaurant for dinner are great (although not included on the price of the hotel, and the architecture is stunning. The sauna is perfect and so are the pools. We will definitely be back.
