Great location to take break travelling from Turin to Milan. The scenery is out of this world with great garden and hillside views beyond. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The spa and swimming pool was a wonderful surprise to relax while enjoying the local produce.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stop, travelling from Bari to England, not far from the motorway, with a free carpark. The man in reception was friendly and greeted us in English, which helped. We had messaged earlier to ask them to book us into the restaurant (where we were allowed to take our dog) and they had done this. The room was warm, clean and comfortable (lovely big firm comfortable bed) and there was a lift to our room on the first floor. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It was also good value. This hotel was an absolute gem after a very long day on the motorway.

The hotel is a beautiful historical building with a lot character. The host is super gentle accommodated us having a problem with the tunnel closure and unable to arrive at the time of the check in. She also made the best hot chocolate in the world as per my son cit.

Breakfast was fresh and excellent. Along with usual, quite good offerings there were outstanding still-warm croissants…marmalade, chocolate, cream, and empty. I spend a great deal of time in France; these were truly exceptional! Davide, owner-manager, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Location was lovely. It was a short, pleasant walk to the center of Chieri and its pedestrian shopping street.

The apartment was excellent with all amenities, with parking in a gated courtyard. Our host Fulvio met us with the keys and told us that his grandfather owned the building which used to be a factory which he was slowly converting to apartments to rent. He showed us inside, where he had turned on the air conditioning (very welcome 36 degrees outside) there was enough breakfast to feed an army, including a Ciambella, which is a donut the size of a dinner plate, he asked us if we wanted some eggs (apparently they have chickens) and when we declined he went into a store room and came out with a bottle of local red wine, which we didn’t decline.
