From the very beginning we were looking for an apartment in the middle of the Cinque Terre towns. We wanted to feel this place from the inside without commuting from other towns. The choice fell on RioMaggiore, because the city seemed to me the most beautiful. We chose the Argentina hotel because it had a wonderful view from the balcony - over the whole city and the sea. We were not disappointed! Super nice people work there. Seeing a smile and willingness to help after a long journey is simply priceless. Housing clean room, very nice bathroom, great balcony with a view. Breakfast is not only Italian, there are also cold meats and cheeses. The hotel staff explained everything to us, remember that the hotel is on a hill, the elevator is very helpful - I recommend it. Two days were enough for us to feel the atmosphere of this place. And finally reading critical comments about the hotel. Before you book, ask a question, the hotel staff responds very quickly. Only later do not cry in the opinions that there was no elevator and I had to go to the first floor :) :) :). Hotel Argentina we greet you warmly and thank you for the great time spent.

The Hotel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a little strange to check in with the bar for your room but the bartender was super nice and helped us out. The room was clean, air conditioner was excellent and our overall stay was great. Our room had a little balcony which faced the town area and it was nice to sit out there late at night and people watch!!!You have to remember the area is an old town so you can’t expect the rooms to be modern and new. Super nice stay!

Martha was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Honestly, probably the best host we have ever had, she couldn't do enough to help. The accommodation was of the highest quality in every regard, and I couldn't fault it. It is easy to reach from the local train station, and Martha provided a fool proof guide to help with this. We loved the whole Cinque Terre region. Scorce di Mare had a wonderful location, right on the sea in Riomaggiori. Highlights of our Riomaggiore experience was the wonderful private wine tasting coordinated by Scorce di Mare that highlighted the CT wineries, walking from Rio to Manarola on the Via del Amore hiking trail on the way to the Nessun Dorma pesto making class we took(a highlight of our trip), getting gelato in Corniglia and the beautiful Riomaggiore sunsets! We loved our visit to the Cinque Terre region and our stay in Riomaggiore. One note to keep into consideration, there are many stairs that need to be navigated in Rio. So, if that is an issue, you should take that into consideration.

The view was amazing ,the steps were tricky so be careful.Make sure the host meets you because the apt was hard to find on your own.Wanted to stay longer.So close to train station and easy to visit the other 4 cities.

Great location. The Hotel manager Robert graciously arrange private parking for us before our arrival which was very convenient. The room balcony had a great view of the main street down to the sea where the small fishing village boats are docked. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station to other villages and to local restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean.

This is an absolutely gorgeous seaside town.

This is an absolutely gorgeous seaside town. It's not big, but there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops, including many places to relax and enjoy a lovely view of the ocean. There is a marina where you can catch a ferry to other towns on the coast, book a sunset cruise, or rent a kayak to do your own exploring; there's also a small stone beach where you can go swimming. This is the southernmost town of the Cinque Terre region, which adjoins a park that has a number of hiking trails. It can be crowded in the summer but very much has the feeling of a small town. Keep in mind that, like all five of the towns in Cinque Terre, all of the houses are built into seaside cliffs, and to get almost anywhere you'll need to climb up and down stairs (or at least navigate steep elevation changes). There's also very limited car access; if possible, consider arriving by train, which will bring you right into the heart of town and also provides easy access to the other towns in Cinque Terre.

Riomaggiore is a gorgeous village and a part of the important heritage that is Cinque Terre. The history is one of taming the harsh conditions including creating terraces and buildings in a tough environment. The region is hilly and there are numerous steps required to navigate the villages and dwellings. These are a part of the Cinque Terre experience. The hiking and walking trails provide for great rewards with exceptional views of the coast. There are numerous ways to view the coast such as the ferry service and array of boat hire options and the train service just brilliant for quick movement through the villages.

The view is spectacular, room is spacious and well equipped with everything you may need, and staff are very friendly, accommodating and very helpful, they provide you with every single tip you may need to make the most of your stay in Cinque Terre. Bus stop is 50m from the hotel, it takes less than 15min to be in Riomaggiore. I’ll keep great memory from my stay at Due Gemelli hotel, and will definitely go back!

Amazing location and view in whay I found to be the best of the 5 cinque terre villages. Lovely and helpful staff. In addition to an amazing balcony view there is an internal ladder to a rooftop patio. The shower was good. Unit clean. Espresso machine provided great espresso. Close to all with little walking but up one set of stairs. Simple but nice fish-themed decor. Clean.

One of our best night stays during our Cinque Terre hike, the apartment fells like home, it has comfortable beds and it was very clean. Definitely I will book again. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was very nice to help via WhatsApp, everything went smooth.
