It was a family run hotel with friendly staff. I can't speak Italian with only limited words, but the staff went out their way to help in any way they could. Location is bang in the middle of Portifino and Pisa and is a beautiful mountain view. The food from the restaurant is amazing!

We loved Agriturismo La Cascina dei Chicchi and are extremely glad we chosed to stay there. Very beautiful place. Truly a hidden gem.
