One point to note: using a car is highly recommended for getting around... not so much for the distances involved, but rather for tackling the steep hills.

The Coast of the Gods needs no reviews, nor does it speak for itself. Spectacular, crystal-clear waters teeming with fish, and sand that's neither too fine nor too coarse. The only drawback is the lack of amenities.

Danila and Maria were wonderful hosts and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. The accommodation is set amongst an olive grove and tastefully renovated. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed being away from the crowds. The beaches of Capo Vaticano were only 10 minutes away. Delicious breakfast provided everyday in a beautiful surrounds.

Gallo Fino is a gorgeous agritourismo from which to explore Tropea and the surrounds! Danila could not be a more warm and generous host. We only wish we had a few more days as it was a little piece of heaven. A beautiful pool, fabulous local knowledge and delicious breakfast!

The room was really nice, we had everything that we needed. The host is really nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and well organized. We booked the place to visit Capo Vaticano and it was a good decision even though it’s quite far.

Fantastic and comfortable place to stay in Tropea. The place was clean and spacious. We especially liked the al fresco eating and cooking area. We had a car and were able to park it on the properties driveway/parking area.
