The hotel is perfectly located opposite Stazione Porta Nuova. Outside is the stop for the airport bus, the Metro, and local buses. During night the hotel is behind large closed wooden doors, and then you have to pass locked glass doors to come into a yard before entering the hotel. The hotel is fresh and spotlessly clean. The staff in the reception made us feel welcome and speak english too. Breakfast is really good and they had glutenfree products for me. The woman in the kitchen is so kind, and even though she doesn´t speak much english we managed to have nice conversations via translator. I highly recommend the hotel, and hope to be back some day.

The hotel is in a great location. The room had all modern facilities, including a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and provided us with a map of the city and restaurant and sightseeing recommendations upon check-in. I also needed assistance with changing a train ticket (as I couldn’t do it online) and they were able to help with my issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely perfect! The staff is amazing and very accommodating, they really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are even better than expected. From the moment I checked in to the check out time, staff were extraordinary. Pleasant, helpful, explaining everything in the hotel and around Torino. At breakfast the wonderful staff explained the origin of the foods, and suggestions for me (as a vegetarian) to try. The room was very comfortable and breakfast delicious. Thank you as it was only a fleeting visit, but the highlight of this recent travel!

The staff at the hotel were absoutely lovely, so welcoming, helpful and friendly to me. I was even offered a glass of wine when I got back from a long day of meetings. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was a great size and clean. Our butler Marco was excellent. He was so helpful and didn’t let us lift a finger. We also had access to the wellness room with the sauna and steam room which was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was also great! Would highly recommend a stay here.
