From mid 2018 to late 2019 I stayed at Centrale almost every week and only stopped because my employer decided to rent a villa close by. Back then the in summer the rooms were sweltering and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. Fast forward to today and the rooms have air conditioning and I had a very comfortable stay. Also in 2019 the hotel had a restaurant but the food was very basic. That has now been changed to an all day coffee shop/eatery and it seems like it's become a hub for locals as it was very busy especially in the mornings. The breakfast is fresh and the coffee is very good! The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful. The new owners have improved Centrale for sure and I will be staying there anytime I visit Resana.
