Everything was absolutely perfect ! Adelina was very generous and nice. Our room was beautiful, quiet with a nice view to lovely countryside and very suprising was a little kitchen in the hall in our apartment. Loved the range of food for breakfast and of course, the staff were exceptional, being both very friendly and helpful. They are also multilingual which helped me a lot! The rooms are very comfortable. The evening meals that I had were excellent. Good home cooking, with some nice wines to accompany them. I recommend booking a meal on a Monday evening as the local area restaurants close on this night. The hotel also has an arrangement with a local restaurant (1.6 km away) within San Prospero which if you present the hotel room card you get a 10% discount on the meal. I would also recommend this! Alessandro and his mother make a wonderful team and will make your stay most enjoyable and are very accommodating. They are happy to arrange taxis and restaurant bookings for you as well.

Guido was really nice and gave me a warm welcome despite my delayed arrival. The room was spacious and clean. There were multiple options for pillows and blankets. It is a quiet area, other guests are not adjacent and the family is not noisy. The owner offered coffee and tea at various times and provided a good breakfast with choices of food and drink (not the minimal Italian breakfast). He is always willing to talk about balsamico production, or chat about recent events or the family pictures in the living room. I really enjoyed staying at Villa Paolida.

Uliana was a great host, she speaks English very nicely. The room and the house were beautiful, the room is on the top floor and each room has its own bathroom. The breakfast was nice and she had prepared a peach marmalade pie for us as well as honey that she produces herself. Uliana is a big animal lover and has several dogs and cats that were adorable
