Certainly one of the most beautiful places we've been to our entire life! The resort is just too beautiful. The park and the pathway to the lake with mountain view is surreal. We also enjoyed all the facilities. Our daughter particularly had a great time in the indoor pool, and also the kids club. Everyone was so friendly, especially with kids. We were sad to leave, and already look forward to coming back.

Location, rooms, staff were great. Hotel bicycle hire was a fantastic addition. The pool area and bar were nice touches. Daily breakfast was amazing, one of the best we’ve ever had. Would return in a heart beat.

Excellent place to stay, the location is huge positive but the accommodation is very good. Clean and very well presented, all the staff were fabulous and spoke very good english. Parking was available and an underground garage.
