There are so many things to say about Albadamare, I'll start by saying it has been a wonderful place to stay in paradise. I read a lot of reviews, and I had high expectations regarding this stay, after my trip I can say it exceeded those expectations. Antonella is an extremely kind host always willing to help. She contacted me weeks before my arrival and helped me with information regarding my arrival. As a host she gave me great tips to enjoy my stay here. Definitively a place to return. Praiano is not the most popular destination on Amalfi Coast, however I found a peaceful place with amazing food, outstanding views and great beaches. It is also close to Positano and Amalfi if you want to do day trips. Thank you Antonella and all your staff for making me feel at home.

A) location on the main road B) parking in the premises C) walking distance to town D) last but the most important - one of the best ever teams of owner/manager/staff that treat you like you are their family. Nothing was out of bounds. Be it the friendly service for breakfast, the adhoc drops to positano, or simply the warmth they exude in everything. It has been a while since I felt so pampered. The view from the room and the restaurant are unmatched. It is so beautiful to watch the sunsetting over Positano every night from the hotel. Staff were amazing and extremely informative, very helpful and very kind. Location is perfect, not even 5minutes to the main bus stop that takes you between all the towns on the almafi coast and some beautiful restaraunts in walking distance including the food at the restaraunt at Smeraldo. The breakfast is so so good and the staff at the restaraunt are the best too. Couldn't rate this any higher, stay here!!

Praiano is a perfect place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. Nice and quiet but with local shops and restaurants. One way on bus to Positano and other way to Amalfi in a short time, so very easy to reach all areas of Amalfi coast. The little local supermarket was perfect for buying supplies. A good range of restaurants in beautiful romantic settings overlooking the coast. The church is divine and the people are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Praiano for staying on the Amalfi Coast.

Praiano is a great location to stay in the Amalfi coast for viewing spectacular sunrises & sunsets, and if you want to avoid the crazy crowds in Amalfi & Positano as it is sandwiched between these two major tourist destinations in the Amalfi Coast. It is much cheaper to stay in Praiano, but relying on Public transportation is a real hardship if you don’t have a car or bike/scooter. For that reason, Maiori and Minori are much better locations that provide the same calm, affordability and easy access as Praiano. There are also some very restaurants in these 3 towns.

You definitely need a degree of fitness for getting up and down stairs both to the property and to the beach . However the views are stunning and the location very peaceful . Lots of good places to eat within A short walk . Able to access the path of the gods for walkers .

We enjoyed Praiano immensely and would make that our home base if we were ever to come back. We found a few very nice restaurants with lovely staff and delicious food. Went down the 400 hundred steps to the lovely beach with aqua blue water. Getting around is a bit of a challenge with all the steps. We enjoyed the challenge. It was also nice to get away from the tourists. Prison is much quieter.

Praiano is a great place to be if you're ok with staying local and in a smaller town. Amazing views, not very walkable (as in there's not really a strip or a condensed area to visit, it's a little spread out).

We loved the views the marina, the accomodation, the friendliness of the locals, the location was perfect for us, the bus was virtually at our front door. We had a recomme nation of Il Pino restaurant and had a great meal there with entertainment

The view from every room was incredible. The outside grass patio was so generous in size, with the most amazing view. The bedrooms were generous in size and comfortable. The decorations made you feel like you were living an authentic Italian Amalfi home. Leonardo our host was so generous and helpful in organising extra touches that made our holiday truly memorable. The best location on Amalfi Coast. Praiano has amazing views, restaurants, bars, delis, beaches. It’s so much more relaxing than busy Positano.

All the staff were amazing - they couldn’t be more attentive or helpful if they tried. Always met us with a welcoming greeting in the morning and gave us recommendations for restaurants which were all great. They were just brilliant The views were just incredible and our room was just as shown in the pictures which was amazing Breakfast options was the best we’ve had as options in the 3 weeks we’ve been in Italy

Great hotel and the staff, each of them was very helpful and welcoming. Praiano is just a street on Amalfi coast so not much to do or see, but perfect for restful and slow holiday. There are few restaurants on the street and a bar. Beach was very nice also it is a bit of a climb but quite manageable. The views are awesome from the terrace and restaurant in the hotel, very peaceful!
