It’s one of those properties where there’s nothing to dislike. First of all, it is located half an hour driving from Cagliari Elmas Airport and it’s literally on the beach! You’re a minute or yard away from the sea! Second the spectacular view from the balcony, absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. For watching sunrise and sunset is specially well positioned. For those who want to have a quiet place outside the big cities with amazing views and the Tyrrhenian sea at your feet, Casa Nicoleup is the one. The house itself is spacious, two bedrooms, a full equipped kitchen with big fridge, a nice size bathroom. The decor of the entire property is typical for the area, in pastel blue and white, with marine/aquatic details. There’s a flat TV for whoever is watching TV in that Paradise, there’s AC and good wireless internet connection. The internet works acceptably well even in the yard, if you want to lay in the sun chairs provided by the property, but still want to use your electronic devices. The yard is big, with green grass and we were able to get our car parked inside the yard for the whole week. The neighbourhood is pretty chilled. The check in and check out process was very smooth and simple, and our hosts, Nicoletta and Lucrezia were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the information in advance so that we could make the best of our time there. There s also a washing machine in the yard, next to the stairwell, but we didn’t use it on this occasion. We loved and recommend the property especially for the balcony views and proximity to the sea/ beach. The water is shallow around the area. It was very clean and still warm at the end of September so we could swim.

Very nice hotel just a few kilometres away from a charming small town, Pula with nice restaurants. It is calm, the breakfast is great and abundant and there is also a nice restaurant inside. There was even a nice surprise to see they have a beautiful pool in the hotel for all guests, not yet added to Booking.com pictures (attached here). The staff was nice and supportive (lent us an umbrella for the beach for example). There was a nice & big balcony / terrace included to the room. This we shared with “Paul”, the peacock that slept there every night. It was loud only one morning, otherwise a very cool addition to our stay.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We wanted to see the flamingoes - staff presented us with the details and time. We preferred a room on the ground floor - staff immediately changed bed to twin so that we didn’t have to carry our bags upstairs, again. The room was lovely complete with a small courtyard in the garden. Parking too.

Brand new design hotel, really nice property. The staff was really nice, especially Laura and Alessandra were so helpful. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room which was fun. Laura really helped us out when we had a mishap with the Jacuzzi cover. Thanks again! The free bikes were also great, especially during the San Efisio celebration when the town was otherwise inaccessible.
