The warm welcome from the hosts was excellent and amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The property was perfect for peace and relaxation, with the surrounding garden having seating outside for dinner al fresco or even a barbecue area totally equipped. The house is warm and full of charm, making you feel at home. Highly recommended.

This hotel really is something special! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, very calm and relaxing stay here. Most of all the hosts here were absolutely lovely, kind, helpful and fun! Lovely spa hotel in the city center, great location (you can visit all the sights by foot), superb interior & very nice staff! But what really made an impression was the breakfast! Amazing buffet with local and fresh delicacies and also an a la carte menu with egg variations, pancakes etc. Would love to come back someday ;)

Everyting was like paradaise including beds, pillowes and spa. Very good position for exploring Palermo, amaizing restaurat a few step away, with best pizza. Very nice people - big work was done here in interesting historical building. We wish Palermo, beautifull city, to have more people like these owners. We all will come again soon.

Probably one of the best picks for my travels in many years. The central location, the spacial room, the authentic furniture, most lovely and accommodating staff who were very kind and attentive, the cleanliness, most delicious breakfast (try the ricotta croissant, they are amazing!) and such easy navigation and communication. I had a really lovely stay, and for a surprisingly pleasant price.

Hotel Palazzo Balsamo is a real gem right in the heart of Palermo’s old town, on the main street full of history, beauty and great atmosphere. The place is spotless, super well maintained, and feels brand new and very chic. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, real Southern Italian hospitality, pure dolce vita! Our room was beautiful and so comfortable, with one of the best beds and showers I’ve ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was just amazing, more like a full meal, with plenty of fresh, local products. What I loved most is the attention to detail and the warm, genuine way they take care of guests. It made our stay so relaxing and stress-free. We can’t wait to come back!
