What terrific value. A fantastic pool that made us wish we had booked the property for a few days rather than a stopover. Hosts were very helpful. You need a car but this is a stunning part of Italy. In terms of value for money, it deserves an eleven. You could not dream of getting a propert like this at even double the price in England.

The place is magical and the staff even more wonderful and so open to help and adjust. We arrived late and the manager and chef prepared what they called a simple dinner. It was so much food and so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. On top you have all kinds of animals on the farm and a donkey that walks with you around like a dog. To crown all this, the price that is more than fair. Dinner for 2 with wine costed 60 Euros.

The breakfast was very very good. The variety of fresh fruit was excellent. The taste of the eggs was so fresh and the pastries were delicous too. Accompanied by coffee that is madee for your taste was the best treat. And we loved sitting in the courtyard enjoying it with family.

The most amazing hotel. Surrounded by an oak forest and olive trees, the most beautiful pool has lots of sun and shade. It is so peaceful with just the sounds of bird songs. The wonderful staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did so much to make our stay so pleasant. Our room was perfectly clean and very modern. Great shower, big comfortable bed. Everything immaculate. We also had a fantastic dinner in the busy restaurant surrounded by locals all coming for the excellent food.

The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.
