We spend our vacations in Villa Pitiana from 2 to 10 July 2023r. This hotel is perfect. Beautiful view on tuscany landscape and old, mysterious villa. Food was very good with great variety of italian cakes or croissants. Room was huge, clean (room service everyday with fresh tovels and beding) and with also amazing view on the garden which surrounds villa. But the most important was always helpful personel. When we had an accident on vespa the manager of the hotel helped us with every issue from contact with police and emergency to transport our vespa to hotel without asking anything in return. Once again great Thank You Villa Pitiana. Trully worth to visit!!!

Spectacular location and atmosphere. Our bedroom window looked out over the iconic Tuscan countryside; like a stunning painting. The entire property is world class. Very beautifully maintained and laid out. Valentina who owns the property with her parents, runs the restaurant and does a spectacular job. Meeting and spending time with her, was an additional highlight for us. She is fantastic! Bubbly, kind, and truly committed to creating the best possible experience for her guests. During breakfast we sat near a young family who had just arrived to spend a two week holiday at Tenuta Risalpiano. This was their second or third stay at the property. When Valentina first arrived, it was a like a beautiful family reunion. Lots of hugs and kisses, and they had brought gifts for Valentina. I would imagine what they have created at this agriturismo, is what many owners would hope for, but are unable to create as completely as Valentina has so successfully done. Brava! We will be back.

Despite the wet weather, we had a lovely, relaxing stay at Agriturismo Colognole. The view from the grounds is wonderful and the whole area is well-kept. My only criticism is that the room was on the small side but everything was clean and the bed was really comfy. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant. Before we arrived, we were told there was a special fixed menu for the evening we were there, and to be honest we were a bit skeptical but it turned out to be one of the best dinners we have ever had. Portions were very generous and the homemade pasta was divine. The wines paired with the dishes were all excellent. Complements to Orlando and Ana for the amazing food and hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious. There is a buffet with a variety of sweet and savoury options. Orlando's freshly-,made frittata was outstanding! We bought several Colognole wines to take home and olive oil is also available. We would definitely like to come back again and make use of the pool, which looks fantastic. Highly recommended!!

The property is in the countryside and since we had hiked to Consuma and didn't have a car, we really needed to use Edi's shuttle service. The shuttle service isn't complimentary but quite reasonable.
