The hotel is in the old monestary and the atmosphere is relaxing.There is a small reed room if you want to sit in silence. So amazing place near of everything. The view from the balcony was incredible. They clean the room every day. Breakfast was great, salty and sweet. The staff is very nice and friendly. Excellent staff and very welcoming. Always willing to help when asked ie. restaurant bookings, travel advice, transport information etc. I had to extend my stay at late notice. Was no problem, and the hotel was able to meet the same rates as my original booking and teh bonus of not having to move rooms. I would strongly refer those travelling to Assisi to try this hotel. The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!

Wonderful hotel, super close to the entrance to the walled city. There is on-site parking, which was great for us while travelling by car. The staff was great -- I would like to give a special thanks to Pablo, who was super kind and made our stay perfect! The breakfast is very good too, with several options available.
