The property was super clean, comfortable, warm at night and the aircon kept us cool on the heat of the day. It was private and secure, had heaps of character, was really quiet and had good wifi. The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

Il Favaio is a place to be, if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful countryside place to relax, see the medieval villages of the area or even bicycle around the lake as we did! Roberto and Rebecca are people with a big heart. ❤️ They helped us with everything. Rebeccas’ food was best ever. There were nice and friendly dogs as well! Accommodation with two bedrooms is with a private backyard patio, comfortable bed (which is really important!) and very well equipped kitchen. The view from the farm is charming especially during sunset.

A small but truly stunning village surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants, but they're all just a short drive from the town. The climbs and descents are very steep, so they're not ideal for those with mobility issues. It doesn't offer any particular tourist attractions, but there's a glass museum, which is definitely worth a visit.

A truly exceptional boutique hotel set on a hilltop in Umbria. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, always warm and welcoming. The hotel and gardens are amazing and beautifully maintained, creating a stunning setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and an indulgent shower with the best water flow we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The breathtaking views make this a perfect place to relax, breathe in the fresh air, and unwind. A wonderful spot to enjoy great food and wine while exploring Umbria!

Everything, starting with the location and very comfortable rooms. But also the quiet surroundings. A great place to disconnect and enjoy your holiday. Breakfast was very good and do not forget to use the in house restaurant for dinner! And last but not least: the staff. Very friendly, always ready to help. Especially Ion, thank you for taking such good care of us. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Borghi dell'Eremo was absolutely fantastic. Incredible property - feels like a magical oasis. Quiet, calming, peaceful - the perfect end to an Italy trip. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The grounds are beautiful - a buzzing ecosystem with flowers, birds, bees... gorgeous rooms, great views, amazing pool, nice spa.
