Booked one night stay at very short notice due to other local booked accommodation/apartment not providing the same accommodation as booked a few months prior. On arrival the two male reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and of good size, bed and pillow was wonderfully comfortable and for a one night stopover on a motorbike tour I woke feeling refreshed and ready to continue my journey. Breakfast was more than enough choice with excellent coffee and attentive staff willing to meet your needs. The local area has bars and a supermarket within five minutes walk and the local area square with a cafe offering icecream where the local residents come together in the evening.

We have stayed here many times now and without exception have always found the staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms always clean and very comfortable. The hotel is next to the motorway, but we have never been disturbed by this. The restaurant deserves a visit for the quality and value of the food on offer and the helpful waiting team. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

This region of Lazio has been hit hard in WWII.

This region of Lazio has been hit hard in WWII. So if you are looking for medieval towns, keep looking. But it is a great place to use as a base to travel to Rome or Naples. It´s close to Montecassino and the abbey, which is a must see when you are in the area. Or visit Reggia Caserta. There is a trainstation nearby in Cassino with great links to Rome or Naples.

The best thing about your hotel were the two staff members Luigi and Guiseppi as the evening staff. They were very helpful. We arrived at nearly midnight. They calmed is down and talked to us. The day staff were also very helpful and took the time to give us advice on looking at the area and tracing the battlefields that our father fought in during the war. They are a real asset to your company

Just a fantastic hotel. Great value for money. Great breakfast and two course evening meal from extremely high quality for just 15 euro total. Room very clean. Good bed. Great bathroom. Great and very friendly people working here.

The Kairos Hotel was so peaceful while we were there, though that may be because it was just out of season. It was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful although we were not able to speak Italian.

Easy to find off the motorway, very helpful staff. Excellent value, evening meal for just 15euro was delicious. Breakfast included . Would definitely use this hotel again.
