We were already in this hotel with my husband 4 years ago, so there was no question that we would come back to the same place. Everyone at the reception was as nice as possible, on the first day they gave us directions to the restaurants in the area, which we tried and had very enjoyable lunches and dinners in the restaurants. The hotel rooms are impeccable, very clean and tidy. We loved the breakfast, as well as the service was perfect. We have never met such a kind and pleasant welcome.

The view from the balcony was incredible. They clean the room every day. Breakfast was great, salty and sweet. The staff is very nice and friendly. Everything was great and nice. It was one of my best place to stay. No need to go out as everything is in the hotel. The breakfast was free and it was very great. you can have lunch and dinner at the location with very reasonable prices and the food was very very very nice as we enjoyed all receips and even the appetizers were super delicious. Safe place and different facilitis for kids to enjoy their stay. Our kids were having freedom to move alone within the hotel. The staff were very supportive and they even took care of our kids food when they went to have breakfast by their own selves. Umbria itself was very beatiful place and unfortunately not well known as Tuscany however it is not less than Tuscany at all and generally cheaper. In the summer, you can enjoy food outside enjoying the super refreshing environment. This is well recommended place to stay for at least two days. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and support and forbthe nice food and coffee as well.

Clean room, friendly staff, family atmosphere. We used this hotel for our trip base around Umbria, Toscana and Marche. It was the best choice we have ever made on Booking.com. We greatly recommend this hotel to all who travel to Umbria and want to discover this part of Italy. Just below Assisi it makes this hotel an excelent choice for all who want to see the origins of St.Francis. Also, when we decided to take a one day trip to Rome by train, hotel staff prepared us the food for the trip. We have never felt more at home as we did in this hotel. Definately will come back!

The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful outside and in. I lost my beads behind built in furniture and they retrieved them for me. Breakfast was generous continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always on hand making sure we had all we needed. Would def stay again and highly recommend. One of our group had an amazing terrace balcony where we were able to share our carry out pizzas, very pleasant, our hosts provided cutlery etc.
