We had a lovely 2-night stay at this beautifully renovated mansion. The photos just don;t do it justice! The spaces and decor are truly splendid and elegant, with a soft touch of coziness. The bed was very comfortable, the temperature in the room just right and the bathroom spacious, with a large shower (bigger than usual). We really enjoyed the breakfast served by the owner, with high-quality products and very good Italian coffee. We are also grateful for the parking space provided inside the gated yard. We would come back during a more warmer time, to try the enticing swimming pool or, at least, the outside chairs.

I couldn't have wished for a better place to end my vacation in Tuscany. Francesco and his family's hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodation itself was simply wonderful. I received tips for restaurants and cafés in Pontassieve, as well as recommendations to take the train to Florence instead of driving my rental car, and I was even allowed to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden.
