The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from reception/bar, breakfast, bicycle rental. Rooms were nice, and spacious, decor needs a little updating but everything was clean. It was a walk away from the train and also the castle. Although the hotel helped get us to the train station in the heat of the day. Overall a really pleasant experience for the little time we stayed there.

Staff were amazing and helped me out with anything that I needed. Great location! Right across the road from a big supermarket and close to some great restaurants. 15 minute walk to Rocca del Leone and the gorgeous historic town, and 5 minutes from the lake front. Felt super comfortable and safe here!

The place is absolutely magical! Luca hosted us in the most wonderful way. We came as a couple with two young daughters and a small dog, and stayed in the suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Since we arrived off-season, we had the place almost to ourselves. It was such a delight to discover the rich breakfast and the private chef dinners — truly at a gourmet restaurant level. We had the best time there! The hotel is charming, well-kept, and very welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and would love to come back again.

Lovely property in the hills, with extremely welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make our (short) stay as enjoyable as possible. Hotel is in a very small town, but has a supermarket and bar! Pool was lovely to cool down on a hot day.
