We stayed here as a group and had such a great experience! The Bistro is clean, with big, well-maintained facilities, and all our rooms were spacious and really comfortable — perfect for relaxing together after a full day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though their English wasn’t perfect, they really went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to the owner — very hands-on, hardworking, and always around making sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

The properties location is central , the building is historical with high ceilings yet with modern decor that blends well with it. The staff are great especially the front desk team. They gave us a complimentary upgrade because it was our 10 years anniversary and they were very helpful in the late checkout . Special thanks to Flavio and kawtar for their welcoming attitude. The hotel made our trip to Milan an elevated experience.

Overall the place was quite good for its price. The staff was friendly and fluently spoke English. Breakfasts were great, but I didn't notice the variety. The room was quiet, and I never had problems with sleep or anything. The cleaning time was comfortable, late in the morning. The Wi-Fi speed and latency were good, but there can be problems with the connection (they can be solved with a LAN cable provided in each room in case you need it). The mobile internet worked perfectly.
