We loved everything about our stay. From the stunning property and views to the incredible host who made us feel so welcome and at home. The amazing breakfasts with fantastic cappucinos and freshly baked breads and cakes. Very clean and new feeling everywhere. Many beautiful outdoor areas for reading or relaxing. Also, incredible delicious olive oil made from the property, we purchased to take home! Thank you again so much for your welcoming, kind hospitality. We felt so comfortable and looked after. We had a wonderful night here! We were welcomed with a delicious wine and some chips. The rooms were very clean and cozy. You have a wonderful view over the hills of toskana from the big terrace. About 10 minutes from the house is a small village were you can enjoy amazing food. Also the hot springs of Saturnia are very nearby. The hosts are very friendly and when our showerhead broke, he fixed it instantly. As a bonus they had a very cute babycat and a dog of the same size :b All in all we would definitely stay here again! A wonderful place with polite people and lots of animals. We didn't spend enough time there, but we liked it very much. The room is not large, but has everything you need (comfortable bed, large bathroom, air conditioning). The facility itself is very large. Pool, fields, loungers, benches, everything you want. Breakfasts are very good, both salty and sweet. It's really worth eating dinner! They are cooked every day from start to finish by the hosts' mother. One of the best Italian cuisine I have ever eaten. Dinner is served by the owner in a wonderful and professional way. It consists of three courses, a dessert and everything is served with appropriate wine. And all this by candlelight in a wonderful garden in the company of smiling people. The house is located in a quiet area but close to the expressway, so it is very easy to get everywhere you want to visit. We also definitely recommend purchasing olive oil and wines of their own production!

Morelliana4Rooms is a small boutique hotel in the heart of the town of Scansano and is lovely. A great blend of an historic building with very chic modern room decor. Roomy and comfortable. The host was super accommodating, as our arrival time kept fluctuating. Very walkable old city in the Tuscan hills, wished we booked 2 nights. We were invited to 2 local wine tastings, courtesy of the hotel owner which we visited before dinner. Another benefit of the hotel is the very nice restaurant next door which served unique and delicious food. Our entire experience was easy, relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely coming back.
