Cenzia, the host, was amazing! She was so lovely and got us a kettle and a mini fridge. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, the room was spotless and the bathroom more modern and bought and clean. Basic room but super comfy and clean.

The hotel is a historic building of unparalleled beauty, located in the heart of one of the most vibrant city centers in Europe. Very convenient to reach by car as well, there are numerous car parks a few steps away from the venue. The area around the hotel is safe and full of restaurants, wine bars, and world heritage attractions. Our room was large, quiet, and equipped with every kind of up-to-date comfort. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options that would suit different needs and likes. We cannot wait to go back again.

The hotel is beautifully done, it is very comfortable and well insulated. We had a family room with two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrasse. For breakfast, the staff offered us a wide variety of gluten-free options and there were amazing homemade pastries for those who could eat gluten.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ciotti. Initially had an issue getting our car near the hotel to offload luggage (google maps strikes again) but we made it eventually. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we extended our stay to two nights. The breakfast is amazing (probably too much food). Our room was surprisingly spacious, but it is the location of Palazzo Ciotti that we liked the most.

Everything was fantastic!!! I had such a pleasant stay at "B&B La Casa Di Walter"! Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!
