A very flexible and helpful owner (Cinzia) that is really do the best as she can to help visitors to find the place, park the car ... so basically do whatever she think is the best for guests. On her guide we park the car just outside the city wall and had 4 minutes walk to the place. A breakfast (we diced later for it) is a "cupoun" / agreement with some local bars that give the guest various options. the Italian classic "cornetto e café" that is flexible for guests needs if you travel with kids. On our next visitng Ascoli we will stay at Cinzias' place again.

We liked everything. A perfect stay and we will return. The staff were exceptional and treated us like royalty. Especially the reserved, efficient and quiet young woman at the front desk and Ilaria in the restaurant. (I think I spelled that correctly). Both woman were very helpful, cheerful and great at their jobs.

I loved the experience of staying in a former palace. My room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the quality of the toiletries provided. The location was minutes from major attractions such as Piazza Del Popolo. There were bonuses such as croissants, biscotti and coffee on offer in a salon all day. There was a coffee machine in my room. Value for money was outstanding.

Everything was fantastic!!! I had such a pleasant stay at "B&B La Casa Di Walter"! Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!
