The staff at Albergo Vezzana were fabulous. So welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The rooms and whole hotel were very clean. We were lucky to have one of the newer rooms which are beautiful with gorgeous modern bathrooms and lovely glass balconies. Our children’s room was older and more tired but still perfectly nice. The ski in and ski out facility and use of the boot room with heated boot warmers was great. The food at breakfast and dinner was fabulous, and our combined restaurant and bar bill felt very reasonable. We cannot thank the hotel enough for a wonderful family holiday.

I have stayed in many a 5 star hotel but never been made to feel as welcome as at the Sayonara by the staff. They took a genuine interest in what were wanted and gave great advice on what to see in the area. The suite felt brand new and every part of the hotel was immaculately clean. Views over the mountains and the sound of cow bells. Breakfast and dinner were indulgent, providing much more than we needed. The breakfast choice was extensive. The spa and pool overlooking the mountains were a great experience and we had no problems booking massages. Massage rooms were fabulous and treatments much less than we paid elsewhere in the Dolomites. Would be very happy to stay again.

I was very happy with my stay, the hotel is located on the edge of the town, so its quiet, however within few minutes you are in the centre with bars and restaurants. I liked my room which was stylish and clean with nice moutain view. There is a large car parking in front of the hotel. Also breakfast I found very good, large variety of food, very good quality. There are two cables directly in the town and many turist path around. The staff was perfect. I also enjoed the half board dinner served in the hotel, I dined three times and always the food was great.

Excellent location, convenient to rent ski gear, buy passes and get lessons. You can walk straight out of the hotel door on to the ski field! Customer service was exceptional, rooms comfortable, spa so relaxing and the food was fantastic!

Everything very clean. The room was big and warm enough. 3 min from ski slopes with a car. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the center of San Martino. A lot of restaurants, bars, shops, ATMs nearby. Breakfast was delicious with so many different cakes. :) And the staff is really trying to please you. They let us to checkin a little earlier. So, we are definitely coming back.

Passo Rolle is, in my opinion, underrated.

Passo Rolle is, in my opinion, underrated. For mountain lovers, it's a destination offering countless walks, climbs, and skiing in the winter. The views are breathtaking, even for those who live in mountainous areas like me. It's definitely worth a visit!

Passo Rolle offers magnificent views.

Passo Rolle offers magnificent views. It's quiet and convenient for hiking. The only drawback is the lack of grocery stores (San Martino di Castrozza is about ten kilometers away). A relaxing and enchanting place.

We liked the location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the large and convenient free underground parking. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. In short, we loved everything. The place is beautiful, with lovely walks nearby. And above all, given the altitude, we appreciated the cool air!

The apartment is truly charming and quaint.

The apartment is truly charming and quaint. Everything was very clean and equipped for every need. The location was perfect for hiking and the view of the Pale di San Martino was magnificent. Alessandro, who welcomed us and greeted us, was truly helpful and ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

This is such a great place to stay if you are looking for a place near the Pale di San Martino and Passo Rolle with access to really great hiking trails. The owner is wonderful as is the staff. As a solo female traveler and hiker I felt comfortable here and well taken care of. It was clean and had wonderful views of the Pale di San Martino. The restaurant had a large selection of great food and wine on tap, what more could you want? Loved my stay here, definitely recommend!
