Paratico is a good destination for adults and those who love...

Paratico is a good destination for adults and those who love peace. Ulivi is a top hotel on the beach and Stazione is our favorite restaurant. Bergamo is an hour away by bus, Orio al Serio airport is half an hour away by taxi. We recommend hiking in the nearby mountains and visiting (and hiking) the island of Monte Isola, which can be reached by ferry from Sarnico. Next time we will rent bikes.

The place is pleasant and quiet.

The place is pleasant and quiet. There are hardly any restaurants within walking distance, but Sarnico is right next door, where you'll find several restaurants and shops. Iseo, a really pretty little town, isn't far either. Lake Iseo is definitely worth a visit!

The village on the hill was very nice.

The village on the hill was very nice. It's a 15-minute walk to Sarnico, where there's a lovely promenade, a large Conrad supermarket, and other shops. There's also a ferry to Monte Isola and the villages along the lake. Bergamo is worth seeing.

The house is ideally located for excursions in the surrounding area. Lake Garda is only 20 minutes away. Lake Garda is also not far and easily accessible by car via the motorway. The historic center of Bergamo is 40 km away. In the evenings, you can relax in the front garden and enjoy a glass of wine.
