We had the immense joy of spending nine unforgettable nights at this wonderful Agriturismo in the heart of Umbria, together with our five-year-old son and our newborn daughter. Words can hardly express the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality we experienced. Rebecca and Roberto welcomed us not just as guests, but as part of their family — a feeling so rare and precious that it will stay with us forever. Every moment was filled with care and authenticity: from the beautifully prepared, generous breakfast where every wish was granted, to the outstanding meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients. The dry-aged beef was simply a dream — each bite a celebration of flavour, prepared with such love and mastery that it left us truly speechless. Our apartment was perfectly equipped and thoughtfully arranged, with comfortable beds that gave us the rest we needed to fully soak in the magic of the place. Every little detail reflected a spirit of passion, tradition, and an open heart. In addition to the perfect stay, Rebecca and Roberto went above and beyond by offering us wonderful tips for excursions and sharing the must-see spots in the region. Their recommendations brought us closer to the true essence of Umbria, making every outing an experience to treasure. We leave with full hearts, immense gratitude, and a deep sense of having found a home away from home. We stayed here for a week with our two grown up children and what a lovely time we had. Our two bed, two bathroom apartment (Isola Polvese )was spotlessly clean offering good quality air con in both bedrooms and the living area ( this deserves a 10/10 alone .)There was a lovely terrace with plenty of shade and wonderful views. We had the use of two swimming pools which were never very busy ( assumed other guests, like ourselves were sightseeing much of the day.) The perfect accommodation for visiting local hilltop villages and towns. You must take a walk into the local village of Paciano. Also take the short drive to the stunning little hill top town of Panicale with its views, restaurants and action packed square. We toured around the wonderful lake Trasimeno and spent a day or two on its swimming beaches and just relaxing with the locals . Highly recommend this area as it’s so beautiful and quiet .

We really didn't spend too much time in Paciano...it was...

We really didn't spend too much time in Paciano...it was just an overnight stay as we drove through the Umbria and Tuscany region. I do recommend Il Poderaccio Osteria. We had one of our favorite meals of our entire vacation in Italy here. It was a quiet Wednesday evening and although it was still early and we were probably the first guests for the dinner service, we were treated like VIP's and the food is top quality.

Paciano is a delightful and quiet hamlet with a couple of...

Paciano is a delightful and quiet hamlet with a couple of restaurants and wine bar. It’s within easy reach of the highways to Perugia and Cortona, both 40 minutes or Sienna about 1hr. The roads are good and easy for cycling, little traffic and interesting trails amongst groves and fields of sunflowers. Vineyards too but not so much information readily available to comment

Very nice house, off the beaten track, close to charming Paciano. It gives a sense of independence and peace. An additional attraction - especially on hot summer days - is the jacuzzi. Alice is a very calm and nice hostess. Responds quickly to guests' needs. Provides advice and information about the attractions of the area and recommends places worth visiting.

Our stay was perfect, even though we did not actually meet Olivier we felt very much welcome. The unit stayed fresh at all time, appreciated during the heat wave we experienced. Swimming pool was always very clean. The neighbors are friendly. Location is ideal, 15 min away from Castiglione, 5 min from the first restaurants, shops and laundry services.

As well as a beautiful little hotel in a picturesque village of Paciano, Claudio the Manager is an exceptional host who constantly made us very welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our stay was a highlight of our entire 5 week trip around Europe.

It was amazing! Really nice host, very welcoming, really beautifull location, in a really beautiful part of italy. Very quiet, excellent sleep and really nice breakfast, made with their own product! Must stay if you want to vistist the zone! Or if you just pass by!
