Beautiful independent unit, antique stable recently remodeled, which preserves some original accents in a beautiful modern renovation. Spacious, independent, private apartment inside a private court. Very comfortable, it feels like a luxury home, and it is very safe. In the center of the quiet town of Ostiano, breakfast is at the coffee bar across the street. Andrea and his mother are lovely.

Very delicious breakfast with an assortmnet of croissants, the one with pistachios filling was marvelous. The restaurant nearby - culinary gem, I was fascinated by the vibe, atmosphere, fantastic service and authentic Italian food. Worth a visit!

Charming old building with beautiful garden. The rooms are all furnished with antique furniture but they are very comfortable, the bathrooms are older but clean and perfectly functional. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had in Italy. The breakfast was mainly continental but with wide selection of food. The pool was beautiful and very big with very warn water and plenty of sun loungers, some even hidden away in the lush old Tuscany garden. We even bought some locally made preserves when we were leaving.

It is on an industrial estate. It is basic but the room was very nice. Breakfast service was slow and we were only offered cooked options when we had already gone past wanting anything. Pleasant owners.
