Our stay was pleasant, the staff were very kind, both in English and Italian, they tried to help with all kinds of problems. The size and cleanliness of the room were also good.Since we rented a car, we did not have a problem in terms of transport, there is a parking space and there is a shopping centre nearby. If the price can be a little more favourable, we can choose to stay again and again:)

We are still not 100% sure if this place is even real. This villa exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff were amazing. The room was clean with freshly pressed bedsheets and the softest towels ever. The location is beautiful. The villa is a mesmerising place with an interesting story behind it and a whole lot of history that a friendly member of staff explained us after taking us up to the 5th floor to enjoy the view from the belvedere. This is an absolutely amazing place to stay that's near Rome and Gandolfo, very safe and calm, with the most amazing staff doing their best to offer the guests the best experience in hospitality (the red-haired lady at the reception was the kindest person ever we encountered on our travels — stra simpatica!). We also had free parking, and breakfast was included, which was more than just decent and delicious. All of this was included within a price that was more than reasonable, if not dirt cheap for such an experience, and a show of respect and kindness that was unparalleled during our extensive trip through the regions of middle Italy. I absolutely recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here again when the first opportunity to come back to Italy arises.

It’s in a really pretty area with a lot of greenery, and it is easy to get to cultural and historic sites from there (especially if you have a car). The breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection including traditional local products. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and very comfortable. It is also EXCELLENT if you’re travelling with pets; our cat had a great stay too!

We are still not 100% sure if this place is even real. This villa exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff were amazing. This is an absolutely amazing place to stay that's near Rome and Gandolfo, very safe and calm, with the most amazing staff doing their best to offer the guests the best experience in hospitality (the red-haired lady at the reception was the kindest person ever we encountered on our travels — stra simpatica!). We also had free parking, and breakfast was included, which was more than just decent and delicious. All of this was included within a price that was more than reasonable, if not dirt cheap for such an experience, and a show of respect and kindness that was unparalleled during our extensive trip through the regions of middle Italy. I absolutely recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here again when the first opportunity to come back to Italy arises.
