Everything was perfect! The agriturisme is big in the region and it was amazing to be served dinner at such a peaceful landscape with their own local products such as wine, cheese, meat, olive oil and honey. The purple flower and olive trees are gorgeous and add to the atmosphere. The cute Ollie (resident puppy) was a great welcome bonus! If you are in the region please support local producers like this one!

Absolutely loved Orosei- such a beautiful town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots of locals around so didn’t feel overly touristy. Within half an hour of loads of stunning beaches but Orosei beach itself is pretty good anyway. Great base for exploring the local area. We would highly recommend Pizzeria Orion for amazing pizzas!

The town is unique and very interesting.

The town is unique and very interesting. It is the right size for our interests - not too big, but big enough for a variety of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the beach and tourist attractions if you have a car.

The beach was long and plentiful.

The beach was long and plentiful. A fine shingle with a gentle slope into the sea. It was almost empty when we were there in peak season. The parking was free. Unfortunately, It was very windy when we were there so all boat trips were cancelled. Which was a shame because the coastline is best viewed from the sea. However the gentle slope of the beach sheltered us enough from the wind for a relaxing sunbathe. The restaurants were busy. So do some research and plan ahead and book in the morning for the night otherwise you might be walking around for a while queuing and waiting whilst you are hungry.

More rugged than the North, but with the most beautiful beaches and nature in the area. If I return to Sardinia I will spend all my time in the area of Orosei. The city itself is small but have nice restaurants.

Orosei is a charming village that struck us as authentic, with a strong local character and very friendly people. We strolled through the narrow streets, discovered lovely restaurants, and a wonderful shop selling local handicrafts. The beach is also fantastic—large and sheltered by pine forests.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Elio was the best (he was during dinner times) always made sure we’re okay and was asking if we would need anything else. His service amazing 10/10. In the restaurant for dinner the pizzas they made were amazing too - well done to the guys!! The overall cleaning in the hotel is exceptional, our room was cleaned everyday and also around the hotel everything was cleaned and taken care of!!

The main building (reception, breakfast and some rooms) was stunning. The other rooms were located in annex buildings around the town (all within walking distance). The building where our room was was very close to the main building and the breakfast room (1 minute walk). Very well connected to the gulf of Orosei and it is easy to book nice activities.

A comfortable and spacious apartment in the centre of the town, which was quite vibrant in the evenings. A great place to base yourself for visiting the surrounding area and the beaches on the Gulf of Orosei. We never met the host as all communication was through WhatsApp, but she was responsive, friendly and really helpful.
