We had a brilliant stay at Santa Maria Resort. The hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and so peaceful, it's a true escape. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything is designed with relaxation in mind. Oh, and the pool is just gorgeous. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We loved the calm atmosphere and felt really looked after during our time there. The location is in a gorgeous area and ideal if you enjoy walking or want to be immersed in nature.

Wonderful place. Very nice service. Everything close,, nice beach, sun loungers, swimming pool, good animations, for families especialy for Kinds. Good food. Generally, I recommend this place, especially for families with children. I will want to go back there. Good standard of tennis courts. I played every day. It's worth having your own equipment.

The host Daniella is amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and I have never been in a b&b that smelled so good and was so incredibly clean. Daniella goes out of her way to ensure everything is perfect for her guests, I will definitely come back but next time stay much longer. Absolutely loved Orosei- such a beautiful town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots of locals around so didn’t feel overly touristy. Within half an hour of loads of stunning beaches but Orosei beach itself is pretty good anyway. Great base for exploring the local area. We would highly recommend Pizzeria Orion for amazing pizzas!

The town is unique and very interesting.

The town is unique and very interesting. It is the right size for our interests - not too big, but big enough for a variety of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the beach and tourist attractions if you have a car.

The beach was long and plentiful.

The beach was long and plentiful. A fine shingle with a gentle slope into the sea. It was almost empty when we were there in peak season. The parking was free. Unfortunately, It was very windy when we were there so all boat trips were cancelled. Which was a shame because the coastline is best viewed from the sea. However the gentle slope of the beach sheltered us enough from the wind for a relaxing sunbathe. The restaurants were busy. So do some research and plan ahead and book in the morning for the night otherwise you might be walking around for a while queuing and waiting whilst you are hungry.

More rugged than the North, but with the most beautiful beaches and nature in the area. If I return to Sardinia I will spend all my time in the area of Orosei. The city itself is small but have nice restaurants.

Anna was so nice, she helped us a lot with recomendations and all we needed. Breakfest was exceptional!!! The room was super clean, comfortable and quite. Orosei is a beautiful city and not too much touristic. Anna's place is very well located, you can reach the city center and all the restaurants with just 5 min walk. We traveled the Gulf of Orosei by car and came back to Orosei in the evenings. It was perfect! Can't recommend enough!
