From the beginning to the end the experience was perfect! The apartment is so pretty, clean and comfortable. If you wanna explore Italy and Switzerland, which was our case the location is ideal. The view from the apartment is unreal, and the surroundings fairly tale like. It was really hard to leave, and next time certainly we will stay longer. The host is exceptional, before you ask any questions, she gives you all the answers. 10 out of 10 for Claudia and her lovely apartment.

Parco san Marco, just on the lake of Lugano, a few km from the Swiss border, has grown to a really nice resort with excellent service and great location with magnificient views of the lake. Our suite had very comfortable beds and pillows. The Michelin restaurant is well worth a visit!

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.
