From the moment the gate opens and you drive up to the parking feels very special. Fabulous warm welcome from the owner.The room is unbelievable. modern large spotlessly clean with great private terrace.So relaxing.Breakfast was incredible,everything you need and more.The home made cakes were exceptional. 10 minute stroll to Canobbio. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough..left with nice parting gift from the owner,a fealty nice touch.

We didn’t spend much time in the area as we mainly needed a place to sleep near the Lungolago at a reasonable price, preferably with free parking. The hotel turned out to be a wonderful surprise: very nice, tasteful, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff was excellent and everyone spoke German and English very well. Breakfast was perfect. The room felt a bit outdated to me, but not old – more a matter of taste than condition. Our only mistake was leaving the window open overnight, as the bells woke us up early in the morning. Housekeeping also deserves five stars – spotless! We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, but will do so next time. If we come back to this area, we will definitely book here again. Thank you!

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Rita. She is super nice and speaks also very well German. She showed us around and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and cozy with southern charm. The white shutter doors lead out onto your own veranda with a sun umbrella and lounge chairs. The bathroom is spacious and clean. A highlight was also the breakfast buffet, excellent. The hotel is easy to find. We left the car parked the whole time and walked everywhere. 5 min from the nice beach and just a short 10 min walk and your in the middle of Cannobio with the market and all the restaurants . If you have time stroll though the charming town. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Rita and the staff. We appreciate your hospitality.

Arriving in nothing short of a monsoon - the staff were superb in getting us into the hotel with all our luggage and then taking our car to park in their garage. They happily provided us with a lovely meal in our room. Breakfast was excellent - room was lovely with a view right across the lake. Just could not have asked for a nicer stay and will hopefully return
