Victoria is a great host! Her apt is marvelous it has everything you need. We are a family of 4 (2 teens), so we didn't lack anything. The view is exactly as shown in her pictures, as is everything else. We arrived late, so she thought about us and left us a package of pasta and a sauce - so thoughtful and welcoming!!!!

The villa on Lake Como provided an excellent setting for our group of seven during our three-night stay. The view over the lake and the surrounding mountains was truly breathtaking and added significantly to the unique atmosphere of the property. The entire house was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was outstanding and offered everything we needed to prepare meals together each day. Despite the rainy weather, excursions throughout the region were easily possible. The wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and hamam offered a pleasant way to end the day and fully compensated for any weather-related limitations. The housekeeper, Ricardo, was remarkably friendly and always ready to assist. He took care of every request with great reliability and even organised a birthday cake, provided by the house as a gift — a gesture we appreciated very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return. Thank you very much, Ricardo!

It was an excellent vacation. The facilities are great (the apartment, the pool and the sauna) and the view is stunning ... at certain times of the day it looks like a picture painted on the wall. Having a reception (even though it's not a hotel) is also worth mentioning. But what really made the difference was the service and the special attention we received from the reception attendant, because when we arrived, I mentioned that we were celebrating 25 years of marriage ... The next day we received a very special gift (thank you very much Alizée).

Cute little village.

Cute little village. Since we were there in the off season, it was very quiet with only a few options open for restaurants and groceries which were lovely. We spent the majority of the time in our villa and exploring the lake and the towns of Como, Bellagio, and Lecco.

Great transport links just outside the property with ferry...

Great transport links just outside the property with ferry port within 2 minutes walk, access to small beach and lake for swimming, we travelled all round Lake Como and surrounding area, so property was a great base. Hosts provided us with everything we needed and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay, Hosts day 1, took us to local supermarket to stock up. Hosts day 1 took us to local bakery/coffee shop. Hosts day 2 provided us with list of places to visit & how to use local transport. Hosts throughout our stay done a fab job, big thank you to the family for welcoming us into your home, plus we loved Mrs G, Andrea, Nina, Mr G, and Mr A, the brother.

We should have booked a different area with restaurants and...

We should have booked a different area with restaurants and facilties nearby instead of having to drive everywhere. We werent aware that walking wasnt advised as this is something we enjoy very much. Should have done more resaerch on the area and where to stay. Although very beautiful scenery we needed to be more connected with civilisation

The restaurant was good .

The restaurant was good . It was closed on the Monday but Victoria booked la pergola for us which was easy to get to by bus and also a lovely place . She picked us up after we had eaten which was really kind . We hired a boat for five hours which was great fun .

Very nice location, all clean and rooms are really nice and elegant. Breakfast was good and we had the chance to have breakfast on our small balcony. Restaurent (which does not belong to the hotel) was really very good, very nice service stuff under delicious food.

The apartment is bigger than looks in the photos, very clean and comfortable. Very quite village where you can have peace and quite after the busy day in other towns. There are one fancy restaurant and one local pizzeria. Also a little grocery shop.
