All members of staff were well-trained, very helpful, and ensured all guests were looked after. Guests were able to leave luggage in the Foyer after 10am checkout and use the facilities in the garden or nearby beach until ready to leave San Teodoro. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed very comfortable. The self-service breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.

The warm welcome from Andrea was a joy after a long journey. Throughout our stay Andrea assisted us in many ways and answered our numerous questions with great patience! The location has stunning views, it has a fab clean pool, rooms were clean, fresh and renewed daily by the two lovely cleaning ladies, who too were most amiable and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, croissants of many description, cereals, yogurt, lovely coffee, meats & cheese, bread rolls, cake, juice etc - simply delightful, all while overlooking the fab vista. On our day of departure we had a late flight, Andrea let us leave our luggage in the reception area and let us lounge by the pool for the day - thank you so much. As you will see, this is a family run hotel and i could not hold them to fault in any area, they work very hard and deliver a fantastic stay. It was also a pleasure to have a chat with Andrea's Mother and Father, albeit through my broken Italian!! Would we go back, certainly - and shall do. Would we bring our teenage daughter, probably not as there is not much close by for young people without a car journey - that said, for me and my partner, tranquillity is what we were looking for! Thanks for welcoming to your fab location and being so friendly, always :-) Andrew & Lisa
