Good size clean and comfy family room with two en-suites, large balcony with stunning views. Helpful, friendly, attentive staff, making you feel welcome. Restaurant offers rich breakfast and pre-ordered dinner, including a starter, two main courses and dessert (our little one appreciated kids menu a lot). Bar provides a good range of drinks and snacks throughout the day. The SPA area was clean, warm and cosy. There is a warm pool with a jacuzzi, saunas, and a relaxation area. Kids and dad loved playing ping pong and pool (both tables looked brand new). There is also a wine cellar, but we did not use it). The hotel is at the top of the mountain and there is plenty of paths to explore. Also nearby (450m) there is a nice pizza place open throughout the day. Overall - we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and it’s an absolute gem of this area.

Close to both the train station and the historical centre. Beautiful hotel with large rooms and high quality decor. Really good breakfast with juice station, waffle maker and everything you might want. We even received a free room upgrade which was great since it was the last night of our holiday which ended on a high.

The staff and the owners were very polite and welcoming to us. The breakfasts were delicious and very fresh. There were also gluten-free products. The location and surroundings of the garden are beautiful. The swing in the garden and view are amazing.

Excellent stay in Toronto, better than expected. Central location from where you can do most sightseeing on foot. Room was huge, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also really good. Hosts were very helpful in clearing the ZTL for baggage drop. Definitely recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it's still as good as 3 years prior. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent and rooms are great. Oversized beds that are very comfortable round out the experience. Aldo parking underneath makes it the complete package.
