Beautiful room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a lovely balcony and great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super clean. Great shower. Large comfortable bed. Good parking on site. Bus stop 1 minute away so easy to get to centre.

The stay was wonderful. An old hotel in a modern version. The room was very clean and well-kept. Late arrival possible (we arrived after midnight). Mr. Matteo from the reception helped us with our luggage, told us about the hotel and the area. We needed a place for the car, there was no space outside, but it is possible to book an underground garage. The breakfasts were wonderful, a large selection of salty and sweet breakfasts (including a lot of fruit). At the farewell we got a jar with a sweet delicacy. Location is green and beautiful. I would gladly come back here. The hotel staff was smiling and helpful, which is a huge plus. I think they like their job :)

The staff is incredibly helpful with us with regards to our booking & when we arrive they are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is flavourful and abundant. Excellent service. The room is cozy, clean and tidy. The view from our room is majestic, you can see the lake, the garden and the pool. It's really breathtaking. The kids love the playground and we adore how peaceful and relaxing the place is. The mountain breeze give us happy vibes. Superb! It's actually our second time in Albergo Miralaghi. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great: the city location and at the same time quiet, the staff was top class! Very polite and professional. The breakfast hostess were the best I have ever met. The buffé was in excellent shape and filled with everything you want. The room spacious and comfortable beds. The Spa cosy , clean and with great varieties of saunas and pools.
