It is really county side in the middle of vine, next to river and next to farm with animals. Owners were really kind, breakfast was delicious with homemade grape juice. At the same time it is close to all different attractions nearby - Jesolo, Lido, Venice. And in spring it must be great to rent a bike and to go around with bike. It is also interesting for kids - in front there is big dinosaur, cat's and house for playing and even football. Inside decoration is so special. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

We love staying at this hotel and have done so three times now. If you are travelling for an event at After Caposile then this hotel is a 10/15 minute taxi ride away and in the nearest town with hotels to the venue itself. The staff are great and so helpful, so being respectful of the hotel and other residents goes a long way!

Everything in this Hotel is automatic, full of wonderful experience. I can't not say the word "staff". Everyone are great people, from, reception, to restoran, and the owners. I stayed here to go to After Capocile, and I was blown away by how kind the staff were. Even though I checked in at midnight, they welcomed me warmly and quickly arranged a taxi. The place was clean, comfortable, and there’s even a supermarket nearby. When I asked for a taxi to the station on my way back, the front desk staff, Salvatore, actually drove me there himself—so kind! This is the first time I’ve ever been so moved by a hotel stay. definitely I’ll back this hotel!!!!!perfect!10/10!!
