What really made the stay memorable was the staff. The front desk team was efficient during check-in and genuinely friendly rather than rehearsed. As well the servers at the restaurant and bar tenders in the lounge, they take pride in knowing their guests, and made us feel like we were the most important guests at the hotel. When I asked about local restaurants, the concierge provided recommendations tailored to my preferences instead of just handing me a generic list. This hotel manages to balance charm and functionality while employing people who seem to actually enjoy their jobs. I'd happily return on my next visit to the area.

Very nice hotel and great for people with a car because each room has it's own parking slot which is in front of the room, and each room has 2 entrances, one direct to the parking and the other to the hotel hall if you want to go to the breakfast or lobby. Room is big, with big comfortable bed and it's super clean. The carpet is also very clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is nice. Position of the hotel is close to the road so it's good for people with the car

The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful for our stay! We booked last minute as we decided to drive to the Milan area from Switzerland to explore northern Italy as a day trip, and found ourselves in Monza to avoid the big city hustle and bustle of Milan. We were offered beverages including espresso upon check in, and our room was incredibly comfortable, spacious and clean. Barbara and Luca were extremely helpful and so nice with helping us find some cool places to visit in Monza for our short stay - they even let us keep our car parked safely in their private gated lot after we checked out to go explore the city of Monza on foot. They recently opened up this B&B and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monza or nearby areas. The private parking was so nice and we felt very safe!
